Zorro’s story is a true testament to the resilience and compassion that can be found in the world. Once faced with a bleak and uncertain fate, Zorro was saved from the clutches of slaughter just two years ago by our dedicated team here at Fields of Freedom.

At the age of six, Zorro had already endured a life of hardship. He had been used for breeding purposes, but when he stopped producing offspring, his fate seemed sealed. However, fate had other plans for this brave little pony.

Since his arrival at our sanctuary, Zorro has experienced a transformation that words cannot fully capture. Embracing the freedom and love he has never known before, Zorro now thrives in the company of other ponies, cherishing the companionship he was deprived of for so long.

Imagine a life confined and isolated, with only fleeting memories of a bond with his mother from his early foalhood. But today, we celebrate the fact that Zorro has finally found true friendship and connection within our sanctuary’s loving embrace.
